What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of services from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL, including Ground, Priority, International Priority, First Class, Parcel Post and Book Rate (books that are shipped separately).
Do you ship to my city/state/country?
We have shipped to more than 57 countries so far! Chances are we have shipped to your country before, and we'd be glad to do it again!
How much will shipping to my address cost?
We have Flat Rate shipping for the contiguous (lower 48) United States and graduated rates (based on order size) for other locations. If the shipping amount does not automatically populate in your cart, then you must contact us by email prior to placing your order. DO NOT proceed with checkout, as your order must be processed manually.
Duty fees in my country are high, will you please mark my package as "Gift" so I can avoid paying customs?
We're very, very sorry, but we just can't do that. Falsely filling out customs forms is against the law here in the states. We do, however, mark all packages with a value that is equal to the legal replacement value of the goods rather than the retail pricing, so that should help a little.
Are orders insured?
Generally, no. However, we do insure dolls valued at $75 or more or orders of $100 or more, regardless of contents.
Are packages lost?
We would not be honest if we said no. With the millions of shippers around the world, packages are lost every day. We do have very, very high delivery stats - 99.6% of our shipments were delivered without a hitch in 2007. We also use track most of our shipments (with the exception of individual cards, which are shipped first class letter).
What if my package is lost?
We track all of our packages (with the exception of individual cards, which are shipped first class letter).

If your package is not delivered within 21 days for domestic customers and 45 days for international customers, we will refund or replace your order. |

If your package is delivered but you never see it, it is YOUR responsibility to track your package. In other words, we are not responsible for delivered packages (we have received confirmation from DHL or the USPS that your package has been delivered).

We all know where we live and whether a package can be left safely. If you are unsure, let us know and we will require a delivery signature. We feel it is much better to be inconvenienced and receive your merchandise than to pay for toys for the neighbors’ children. For additional information, please review our return policy.

Yes, we do...we love Paypal!
What payment methods do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and USPS Money Orders. We do NOT take checks, sorry.
