*Important Flat Rate Shipping Information
The following states DO NOT QUALIFY for the $9.99 flat shipping rate and will have a surcharge of $2 - $7 applied to their order (based on the distance from our warehouse in GA): Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. The surcharge is required to help cover the exorbitant costs associated with shipping to these regions from our warehouse in GA.
When will my order ship? We are a small, family-owned company. Most in-stock items ship approximately 5 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays) after your order. However, from time-to-time the warehouse does get backlogged and it could take longer to process your order. Orders are shipped from Stone Mountain, Ga. We do not offer a "pick-up" option.
PARTY GOODS: Our small shipping department has been overwhelmed with small orders for The Princess and the Frog Party Goods. In order to guarantee the arrival of your party supplies before your party, please plan to order at least 4 weeks in advance.
Ordering 6-10 Days Before Party: All orders placed less than 10 days before the party, must authorize authorize us to charge additional $10 RUSH CHARGE to your credit card (in the comment section of the Order Form) for rush processing .
Ordering 2-5 Days Before Party: All orders placed less than 5 days before the party, must authorize authorize us to charge additional $10 RUSH CHARGE to your credit card (in the comment section of the Order Form) for rush processing AND authorize us to charge additional express charges (the difference between the $9.99 Flat Rate Shipping and the actual express charges) in the Comment Section of the Order Form.
EXAMPLE: 5 Days Before Party (Based on a FedEx Express charge of $37.50 -- which we grabbed from thin air). Actual shipping charge would be $47.50 ($10.00 RUSH Charge + $9.99 Flat Rate Shipping + $27.51 [$37.50-$9.99] ).
SPECIAL NOTE: On rare occaisions, items listed as "in stock" may have been previously sold through a Home Party Representative. We have a first-come, first served policy. Whoever ordered the item first will receive the item and placed on backorder for the other party. We think this is only fair.

Where is my order? Please wait 14 days after receipt of the "Your Order Is On the Way" notice before contacting us about missing orders. International orders are often held up to 21 days in customs once they reach the destination country.
What is “Flat Rate” shipping? Unfortunately, the cost of fuel, packaging materials, and postage are all going up, which causes shipping costs to rise. Shipping is a real problem for small specialty online retailers like us. Recently, we analyzed our average shipping costs and discovered that most of our customers (Continental US only) could save substantially if we went with flat rate shipping. Customers outside the US will be contacted if the "flat rate" shipping amount charged needs to be adjusted.
What is not included in Flat Rate shipping?
Cards which can be shipped more cost-effectively using a “per item” shipping rate
Furniture and heavy products; it is simply not cost effective to ship at the flat rate
Collectible Dolls and products that require special handling and/or insurance
Most of our stock is eligible for flat rate shipping and we hope you enjoy the savings.
Do you live near Atlanta, GA? Sometimes it is more cost effective for us to ship your package via USPS Priority Mail. So, if you live in or near Atlanta, let us know and you may be able to save the express charges for a last minute party goods order. RUSH charges will still apply.
Do you ship outside the US? Only to Canada. Unfortunately, we have experienced many, many losses shipping product to other countries. We can no longer assume responsibility for customs hold ups or international mail service delays.
Who will deliver my order? We use all carriers.
How will my order arrive? If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges.
Will my items be shipped together? As some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from more than one DollsLikeMe.com warehouse, the items in your purchase may be shipped separately.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed? Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse at the time it is placed, and we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card. We also regret that we cannot accept the return of customized or special-order merchandise.
