Explore Your World: The Five Senses

This multicultural pop-up book was originally published in France. This small, square book, part of the Explore Your World series, includes lots of interactive pullouts, flaps, and wheels on every bright, packed double-page spread for adults to share with preschoolers. The clear words accompanied by small pictures and photos look closely at each sense, asking and answering questions like "What are eyelids for?" and showing how the senses help children find out about the world around them.  Great, inclusive art and fun pop-ups, with tricks and wordplay to add to the interactive fun (e.g. "What does it mean when everyone says your eyes are bigger than your stomach?").
